We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll issue store credit for the item(s)—minus the shipping charges.
If you refuse a shipment from https://hygias-blue.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost plus the return shipping fee.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact your local postal carrier directly. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or take responsibility for it.
Please note that orders typically arrive 7 to 30 days after they’ve been shipped, not necessarily from the date of purchase.
